DFB Cup winner
UEFA Pro license
Just as in his active player career, Holger Fach is still one of the greatest in his current role as a football leader. He is an expert in coaching. With his UEFA Pro license, he has one of the highest licenses in pro football. Holger was immediately on board when he learned about the brilliant concept of CASE sport1. Naturally, we are mutually in admiration of his competent view of the football business and structured way of working.
340 games, 1st league to 3rd league
Wojciech Pollok is CEO and coach at CASE sport1. From his time as a U23 player at BVB, the now 38 year old knows exactly what young players experience and what they need. Therefore he has a great relationship to both the young players and the entire league. During his active player career, he has learned about different facets of football and the transfer market. For many years now, Pollok has been incorporating his large network that came from it as well as his experience into his coaching. In his role as a DFB licensed players’ agent, he strives for building and accompanying sustainable careers. His success is built on transparency and trust.
339 games, 1st and 2nd Bundesliga
In 339 Bundesliga games, Axel Sundermann played for VfL Bochum, SC Freiburg and Hannover 96. He won the DFB Cup with Hannover 96 in 1992. Since 2004, Sundermann works in talent scouting and as a pro football coach. Professionals and young players benefit from his large network and his sustainable coaching that are based on his versatile experience in players’ agency.
There are only so many people who can claim tell that they have practically co-invented scouting – but Horst Quade is one of those people. The UEFA A licensed coach has also developed his own club and scouting software that has proven itself in the professional business. After that many years of experience in scouting, no one can fool him. For Berti Vogts, a former coach of the German national football team, he was responsible for the scouting. Other clubs have benefited from his knowhow as well, like Union Berlin (chief scout), Darmstadt 98, RW Essen and FC St.Pauli (game analysis). And now we benefit from him.
In addition to his many years as youth scout at VfL Bochum and youth trainer at Rot Weiß Essen, Nejat Sen has also organised multiple youth football camps. His excellent, direct and authentic approach to young players and their parents is what makes him stand out in his work. He understands what young talents experience emotionally – literally: he speaks German and Turkish. He is a trainer certified by the German Football Association and has a way of knowing young talent when he sees it. His personal scouting makes for successful decisions.
